اول از همه اصلا دادستان نیامد میان مردم و یکی آمد و گفت دادستان جلسه دارد.
مردم شعار دادند که
دادستان حیا کن / جلسه را رها کن
بعد که داستان آمد به مردم گفت:
... تمام رشته های ما را پنبه کردید. به مردم گفت لطفا در مورد روند تحقیقات سوال نکنید. من به شما اطمینان می دهم که کار دارد پیگیری می شود ولی الان من به جای اینکه بنشینم سر این پرونده کار کنم کنم ولی وقتم صرف این موضوع ( تجمع مردم) شد.

چند نفر هم فریاد می زدند، لباس شخصی ها را جمع کنید
